Declan Donnelly and his wife, Ali Astall, have now confirmed they are expecting their first child.
In an absolutely gorgeous Insta post, the TV presenter wrote that he was “delighted” at the prospect of being a dad.
He said: “Just wanted to say thank you for all the lovely messages.
“The news has sneaked out a little earlier than we had hoped but Ali and I are delighted to be expecting our first child.
“Thanks for all the love, we really appreciate it.”

A source had told The Sun that the duo “have been trying for some time” to get pregnant.
“They have both always wanted a family but worried that it might not happen for them,” the source added in conversation with The Sun.
“They have been keeping the pregnancy a closely guarded secret, but now that Ali is safely over 12 weeks, they are starting to let people know.”
Reports suggest that Ali became pregnant not long after Dec finished filming I’m A Celebrity in December.
