Oh Boy: Inbetweeners Star Confirms Sex of Baby

James Buckley, better known as Jay Cartwright from The Inbetweeners, announced today that he and his wife Clair Meek are having a baby boy.

The actor revealed the good news on Twitter only a matter of hours after saying that he was getting ready for the baby scan.

 

James and Clair together on the red carpet earlier this month.

He wrote: “Baby scan today. I feel like I should make an effort & dress nice to promote a “good dad” vibe? Any other expectant dads get this paranoid?”

This was followed with: “It’s another boy that will be joining the family! i am very pleased to share my exciting news with you all :) J x RT [sic].”

 

James is best known for playing Jay Cartwright in the hit comedy.

The 25-year-old and his model wife, who got hitched last November, already have a son called Harrison.

And while we are still finding it hard to believe that one of the Inbetweeners is going to be a father-of-two, we think it’s super sweet how excited James is!
