One Love Island 2018 contestant could join the TOWIE cast

Calling all TOWIE fans.

If you're a longtime TOWIE devotee and Love Island has also won you over, then you'll be delighted at the latest news circulating the internet. Apparently, Megan Barton Hanson who shot to fame on the latest series of the show could soon land a role in the popular reality TV show. As you'll know if you've been watching the show, Megan lives in Southend-on-Sea in Essex and so this has led to suggestions that she would fit right in with the TOWIE cast. It's also emerged that Megan is pals with Clelia Theodorou and Shelby Tribble, both of whom are regular cast members. A source told The Sun:

"TOWIE is one of the most popular shows on TV and bosses are always on the lookout for fresh talent. "Megan is a really big character and would fit in well. But bosses don’t just pick names and drop them into the mix".

Although Megan lives in the area, her boyfriend Wes, also of Love Island fame, has been visiting so who knows, we might see him on screens too. Of course, nothing has been confirmed as of yet but we'll be very interested to see if these reports do come to something.
