UPDATE: Will Smith has responded to the claims via his official Facebook page.    If recent reports are to be believed, the end may be in sight for Will and Jada Pinkett Smith. The Smiths have been married for 17 years. Will, 46, first met Jada, 43, on the set of his hit television show The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. She was auditioning for the role of Will's character's girlfriend but was considered too short for the part. The couple began dating in 1995 before marrying in December of 1997. The actors are parents to Jaden, 17, and Willow, 14, both of whom have followed in their parents' footsteps by entering the entertainment industry.   Will presents wife Jada with the Star Power award onstage during 2015 'Black Girls Rock!' BET Special  Now, RadarOnline reports that Will and Jada are set to call a halt to their union, after entering into a "blockbuster secret divorce deal". A source told the site: "For Will and Jada, holding it together these past few years has been tough because their marriage has been on life support for a long time." "They’re exhausted from trying to maintain the façade of a happy union. They’ve decided to pull the plug in a carefully choreographed manner, [and] agree announcing their split at the end of the summer is the right move."   Will and Jada pictured with Trey, Jaden and Willow The news comes months after Jada sparked rumours of an open marriage, telling radio host Howard Stern: "You gotta trust who you’re with, and at the end of the day, I’m not here to be anybody’s watcher. "I’m not his watcher. He’s a grown man. "I trust that the man that Will is is a man of integrity. He’s got all the freedom in the world, and as long as Will can look at himself in the mirror and be OK, I’m good." Will has recently been pictured without his wedding ring and said in an interview earlier this year that his marriage had "died", many times.
