Prince William’s ‘passionate romance’ just months before he met Kate Middleton revealed

Prince William is an attractive guy.

He’s handsome, he dresses alright, and he had a decent head of hair on him when he was young.

You wouldn’t say no, like.

The above is a fair enough reason to assume that Will had a number of women flocking after him before he met Kate.

Not only was the lad alright looking, but he was also a prince – might as well give it a go.

One person who did give it a go was a woman named Arabella Musgrave – the daughter of a major and member of a very well connected family.

Biographer Katie Nicholl has claimed that Will and Arabella met through friends… and that they became far more than that one summer.

In her book, William and Harry, Nicholl said that although Arabella wasn’t titled aristocracy, Will showed considerable interest in her during the summer of 2001, just before he met Kate.

“As (Arabella) walked through a friend’s house party, William did a double-take,” she wrote.

“They danced and drank into the early hours, and when Arabella said her goodnights, the prince quietly slipped out of the room to follow her upstairs.

“It was the beginning of a passionate romance and the two spent as much time together that summer as possible.”

G’wan.

Will was apparently so into Arabella that he even opted to drop out of college to spend more time with her. Alas, once he met Kate a few months after, she convinced him to give St Andrew’s another chance.

He did – and then he married Kate so, yeah, probably worth staying, to be honest.

Arabella and Will, however, are apparently still friends despite their intense relationship ending once they were driven apart.

The 31-year-old is now head of Gucci’s PR. She married George Galliers-Pratt in 2014.
