Princess Beatrice reveals the stunning name of her baby girl

“We are all doing well.”

Princess Beatrice has confirmed the darling name of her daughter.

The new mum and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi decided to call their daughter Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi.

Sienna is of Italian origin. The name means ‘orange-red’.

The couple honoured Beatrice’s grandmother HRH Queen Elizabeth by giving their daughter the middle name Elizabeth.

Elizabeth means “God is my oath”.

The couple announced their daughter’s name this afternoon. Edoardo and Beatrice posted a sweet photo of their daughter’s footprints to share the news.

The Royal Family account shared, “Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have named their daughter Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi.”

They added, “We are all doing well and Wolfie is the best big brother to Sienna.”

Beatrice gave birth to baby Sienna on September 18th at 23.42 pm.

Her daughter weighed 6 pounds and 2 ounces when she was born.

Buckingham Palace confirmed the news in a statement.

“Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr. Edoardo Mapelli are delighted to announce the safe arrival of their daughter on Saturday 18th September 2021, at 23. 42, at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London.”

“The new baby’s grandparents and great-grandparents have all been informed and are delighted with the news.”

“The family would like to thank all the staff at the hospital for their wonderful care.”

Beatrice’s husband has a son, Christoper Woolf, from his relationship with architect Dara Huang.

The couple really chose the cutest name for their daughter.
