Sam Thompson and Zara McDermott have been having a lot of fun over the weekend winding up their fans after pulling the ultimate engagement prank.
Currently on a stunning trip to Barbados, Sam posted a video on Sunday that started off with a photo of him and Zara kissing.
Writing over it with the caption: “SHE SAID YES!!!” it went on to show the two dancing other to Drake and 21 Savage’s viral song Jimmy Cooks.
That’s when the caption completely changed to him adding another caption, writing: “…to doing a TikTok dance with me.”
Overall, he captioned the post: “Happiest day of my life….. When she finally does a tiktok with me.”
Fooling many fans and even friends into thinking they really had gotten engaged, their Made In Chelsea co-star Harry Baron commented: “Got reeeeaaaal excited then..”
One fan added: “Dont play with our hearts like this Sam.”
While another added: “why would you tease the world like this!!!!!”

The former Love Island star has been dating the Made in Chelsea cast member since 2019 despite a brief split in 2020.
Since reuniting in 2020, the two have had non-stop engagement rumours centring around them, and while the majority of the time they seem to ignore them, they couldn’t hold back this time.
Speaking to OK! Magazine last month, Zara and Sam said that they are in no rush to get married any time soon, and completely shut down any rumours they may already be engaged.
Zara explained: “We’re in such a good place. There’s no need to rush or change anything, because I wouldn’t be with Sam if I didn’t want to be with him forever.
“And when [an engagement] happens, it happens. If that’s in five months or five years, I really don’t mind. I genuinely trust that timing is everything.”
