The Teen Choice Awards took place on Sunday night and Modern Family star Sarah Hyland was first to present alongside Skylar Astin.
As the actress went up on stage to join her co-presenter, she tripped but managed to laugh at herself and not take it too seriously.
Joking with the audience, the 24-year-old said: “I do that sometimes guys. I’m awkward like that, you know?”
“We’re the first ones, you know what I mean? Gotta get it out of the way for everyone else”.
She then took to Twitter to share her embarrassing moment with her fans and her down-to-earth attitude is just brilliant.
