“She Doesn’t Want Her Dad Getting His Hands On Any Of The Money She Earns” – Jessica Irked By Parents’ Divorce Settlement

Joe and Tina Simpson's marriage is officially over as the couple has finalised their divorce.

Jessica Simpson's parents, whose relationship has been plagued with all sorts of rumours, revealed they were going their separate ways back in October.

 

Joe and Tina have been married for over three decades.

Now TMZ has reported that the papers are all signed and processed bringing an end to their 35-year-long union. As yet there has been no confirmation for the reason behind the split.

Apparently there have been a number of sticking points which have delayed matters including the multi-million dollar Jessica Simpson Collection, the clothing line the singer's mum manages for her.

It, along with everything else under the Simpson name, is said to be being split down the middle, a decision which will not please Jessica.

 

Jessica has always had a close relationship with her mother.

A source revealed: "The offer will certainly irk Jessica, because she doesn't want her dad getting his hands on any of the money she earns for the family and they still aren't getting along."

But her mother Tina is reportedly so tired of arguing that she is willing to give her now ex-husband what he wants.
