Spencer Matthews reveals when he realised Vogue Williams was ‘the one’

Former Made in Chelsea star, Spencer Matthews has proved his party boy ways are well and truly in the past as he gushed about his wife-to-be Vogue Williams this week. Speaking to Heat Magazine, Spencer chatted about the moment he popped the question last month and how his romance with Dublin native Vogue blossomed over the past year. He said:

"I have a huge amount of respect for her. We started off as mates, and knew we’d be friends after the The Jump. The falling in love thing came later. But she is my best friend. In the evenings, I look forward to seeing her more than anything else. We live together and I respect what she does, how she is, how she does everything, and I’d like to think she respects me."

He continued...

"I've known she was the one for a while now and we’re very happily engaged."

Spencer popped the question during a West End production of The Lion King last month - once the performance ended, he got down on one knee and proposed on stage. Although the couple have not yet revealed a date for the big day, speculation is already mounting as to where the wedding will be held, and most importantly, what Vogue will wear. This is the first wedding for 28-year-old Spencer Matthews and the second wedding for Vogue, who was previously married to Westlife's Brian McFadden for four years beginning in 2012. We are so thrilled for the pair and we cannot wait to hear all the details on the wedding. Exciting times.
