We know Jay-Z and Kanye are, like, best friends forever... so Bey and Jay were bound to celebrate North West's birth in style.

In fact, Beyoncé and rapper Jay-Z spent a mahhh-hussive €5,900 on designer goods for the three-week-old tot.

Looks like the celebrity definition of "treats" is somewhat different to our own.

"Kanye is one of Jay-Z’s closest friends so he wanted to get the best gift. They’ve had a girl themselves, so they know the right type of present," a source tells The Sun.

Jay and Bye had no qualms in spending a few thou on the new baby. 

Jay and Bey also took their daughter one-year-old Blue Ivy to visit the new arrival.

"She’s old enough now to be really interested in babies," the source added.
