Taking It To Another Level: Rihanna Does The Walk Of Shame… All The Way To Court

We’re all familiar with the dreaded walk of shame but Rihanna took the phrase to an entirely new level yesterday when she showed up in court with Chris Brown wearing the same clothes as the night before.

Celebrity gossip website RadarOnline.com reports that Ri-Ri was papped in the same black leggings and paint-splatter blouse that she was wearing on Tuesday night.

Ri-Ri was in court to support her boyfriend Chris Brown, who was being questoned over alleged discrepancies in his probation reports.

As part of the singer’s probation (which was put in place after he physically assaulted Rihanna in 2009) Judge Patricia Schnegg ordered Chris to perform 180 days of community service and permited him to carry it out in Virginia, where he has a residence.

However, recently suspicions popped up regarding Brown’s completed community service hours. According to reports, police in Virginia shot down accusations that Brown completely faked his community service and lied about how many hours he completed.

Speaking in a statement on Tuesday, the Los Angeles District Attorney, Jackie Lacey, said: “Chris Brown failed to provide ‘credible or verifiable evidence’ that he completed his court-ordered community labour.”

In court yesterday, Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, stated that the District Attorney had been given information about the singer’s community service, proving that it wasn’t faked.

Chris has been ordered to report to the probation department within the next 48 hours and give a formal interview regarding the accusations to officials.
