Justin Bieber rounded out the top five, honoured for his work with Pencils of Promise and his Believe Charity Drive.
Other charitable celebrities that also featured on the list include Selena Gomez, Jay-Z and Beyoncé, Ben Affleck, Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield, Ryan Seacrest, Demi Lovato and Carrie Underwood.
