“My actual plan was to do a lot sooner”
Molly-Mae‘s boxer boyfriend and former Love Island star, Tommy Fury has revealed why hasn’t proposed to her yet.
Speaking on ITV’s Loose Men Tommy explained that he’s wanted to pop the question a long time but said he “doesn’t have the time” to purpose right now.
Molly and Tommy share four-month-old baby girl Bambi together.
As everyone knows by now, the couple met on hit reality TV show, Love Island in 2019 and have been solid ever since.
Tommy appeared on the stellar Loose Men panel yesterday in support of Mental Health Awareness Week to discuss a variety of different topics. Some of which included marriage, babies, intimacy and even body hair.
Fury joined the stellar panel of Vernon Kay, Paul Sinha and Martin Kemp and was asked when he plans to purpose to girlfriend Molly.
He explained: “I’ve had it in the ear for the past two years, I think.
“My actual plan was to do a lot sooner but obviously, being a boxer, when you’re in a training camp you’ve got to completely shut yourself off, you want to just focus on the fight, so I can’t be going in and everywhere proposing.”

“Having a baby just gives me more motivation”
Tommy took the opportunity to reassure Molly, who was probably watching, that he will purpose soon.
During the show, the boxer also spoke about his family life now that baby Bambi is in the picture.
He said having a family has motivated him even more to fight and win.
He said: “I feel as a fighter, having a baby just gives me more motivation, something to fight for when times get tough, she’s what I’m fighting for now so it’s definitely spurred me on.”
YouTuber Molly-Mae spoke about marriage in her recent vlog to Nice.
She revealed that although she’s not engaged yet, she would love to get married in the South of France because she completely “fell in love” with the location.
She travelled to Nice three weeks ago for a PrettyLittleThing photoshoot.
As Creative Director of the brand, Molly has a busy schedule that requires her to up and leave regularly but with a concrete beau like Tommy by her side, things look to be going pretty smoothly.
The couple also sparked engagement rumours after their first family holiday trip to Dubai.
The three were snapped at Manchester Airport but Molly was covering her left hand which of course, sent fans into a frenzy.
We’ll just patiently wait for the announcement then, shall we?
