Who would’ve thought?

In the latest Love Island news that most of us least expected, two former Casa Amor stars from this year’s show have revealed they are now actually step-siblings.

Mollie Salmon and George Tasker both arrived into the separate villas during Casa Amor week on the 2022 series and while the two never crossed paths on the show, they definitely have in the real world.

The former islanders’ parents met during the reunion show and immediately got on like a house on fire, and very quickly started dating – with the couple not wasting any time when it came to their relationship.

Sharing the news on his Instagram story during a Q&A session, George revealed he and Mollie had grown close but not in the way we all thought.

One fan asked: “What was that pic you put on your story of you Mollie and a couple?”

The 23-year-old replied: “So basically, absolute madness, my mum has married Mollie’s dad.

“So now we are stepbrother and stepsister, which is mad.

“They met at the reunion about a month ago and since then got engaged and got married.”

George has shared a post of his mum on her wedding day to Mollie’s dad, congratulating her on the big day but at the time, nobody suspected anything.

This isn’t the only thing the two have in common, either. During their time on the hit ITV2 reality series, both George and Mollie seemed to get to know the now winners of the show.

George was spotted on one episode having some bedtime fun with winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu while over in the main villa, Mollie shared a kiss with Davide Sanclimenti.
