The video actually features three people who have spent thousands of dollars in an attempt to look like their idols and have now decided to showcase the results by forming a band called The Plastics. Toby Sheldon, who underwent $100,000 worth of plastic surgery to look like Justin Bieber, joined Kitty Jay, who spent $25,000 on surgery to look like Jennifer Lawrence, and Venus D’Lite (as Madonna) for the track, which pays tribute to the benefits of going under the knife.
