2016 has really been a grim year in terms of musical icons we have lost, and the death of Prince aged only 57 has left many in shock.
The polymath and genius passed away at his home in Minneapolis last night, and everybody is mourning The Purple One.
Pop cultural archivists exist everywhere, and one such archive is the Twitter account @SomethinAboutMJ, that shares interesting bits and pieces from the world of entertainment, from photos to video.
The person behind the account posted a tweet yesterday that is just heartbreaking. It features the late pop icon Whitney Houston who passed away in 2012, and her daughter Bobbi Kristina, who died three years later in August 2015. The mother and daughter are seen taking in a Prince concert, and having the best time together.
