Watch Out Gwyneth, There’s A New Celeb Blogger In Town and She Means Business!

Poor Gwyneth Paltrow, it looks as though she could have some serious competition in the blogging stakes because Queen B herself, Beyonce, has just unveiled her brand new lifestyle blog.

Metro reports that Beyonce launched her new blog The BeyHive a few hours after it was claimed that she mimed a pre-recorded version of the Star-Spangled Banner at President Obama’s inauguration earlier this week.

Beyonce posted the following picture on her Instagram feed, along with the message: “Introducing, The BeyHive blog! Through my eyes. Free to join.”

Apparently the site will celebrate all the things that Beyonce loves to do: “Reading, doing, loving, wearing and hearing” and will host fan zones and pictures. Her “Bey Inspired” area lists all her idols, including President Obama.

Beyonce has yet to shoot down the accusations that she lip-synched the National Anthem at Presiden Obama’s inauguraton, however musical legend Aretha Franklin, said either way Beyonce did a fab job – even if she did actually mime.

“When I heard the news this evening that she was pre-recorded I really laughed. I thought it was funny because the weather down there was about 46 or 44 degrees and for most singers that is just not good singing weather,” said Aretha.

“When I heard that I just really cracked up. I thought it was really funny, but she did a beautiful job with the pre-record,” she added.
