Women of the world wept a little when it seemed that Ryan Gosling had settled down with the stunning Eva Mendes, and now the pair have sealed the deal by extending the family.
The beautiful couple recently welcomed a baby girl and now a birth certificate obtained by TMZ has revealed the name of the child.
Welcome, baby Esmerelda Amada.
Whether or not the first name is inspired by a certain Disney movie, we’re not sure, but Amada is actually the name of a character Eva once played in We Own The Night.
Speaking to The Mirror earlier this week, Eva’s brother, Juan Carlos Mendes said that Eva and Ryan decided to name their baby girl something traditional, in keeping with her family’s Cuban heritage. In Spanish, Esmerelda means emerald gemstone.
