WTF: Artist Creates Nude Sculpture of Pregnant Kim K

A celebrity artist has made a sculpture of Kim Kardashian. Oh, did we mention that it’s nude and has no arms? Well we have now.

Daniel Edwards, who is known for his controversial statues, has created his very own version of the pregnant reality star.

The sculpture which is entitled ‘L.A. Fertility’ is on display in LAB ART Gallery in Los Angeles and visitors are encouraged to rub Kim K’s belly for good luck according to reports.

Edwards told Los Angeles Magazine that he made the decision to create the piece because of all the attention that the 32-year-old has received over the last few months.

He explained: “People tend to look at the parts, like the creases in her armpits, or how she wore a dress that makes her look like a killer whale. I’m stripping it of the details people get stuck on, so they can see the beauty.”

It’s not the first time Edwards has made the headlines for his subject choices. He previously created a life-sized nude of Britney Spears giving birth as well as a statue of Angelina Jolie breast-feeding.
