You’re A Star Contestant ‘Delighted’ To Be Expecting Jude Law’s Baby

Jude Law announced last night that he is expecting his fifth child and it has now been confirmed that the expectant mother is a former You're A Star contestant from Tipperary. According to reports, the actor started dating singer Catherine Harding earlier this year and the 23-year-old fell pregnant while spending six weeks on set with Law in the Czech Republic in May. Harding, who is from Ardcroney, was one of the finalists in RTÉ reality show You're A Star when she was 17 and has gone on to pursue a singing career in London. A spokesperson for Law, who previously dated Sadie Frost and Sienna Miller, confirmed the news in a statement last night. "I can confirm that Jude Law and Catherine Harding are expecting a child together in the spring. Whilst they are no longer in a relationship, they are both wholeheartedly committed to raising their child. They consider this a private matter and other than this confirmation, no statement will be made." While Harding, who performs under the name Cat Cavelli, has yet to publicly comment, friends of the singer told the Daily Mirror she is "delighted" to be expecting her first child. "It all happened very quickly. They met a little while ago and fell for one another, then Cat told friends that she was going out to Prague, that's when it emerged that she was in a relationship with Jude."
