WOWSERS!

It’s that time of year – and that time of the current X Factor series.

Yes, Simon Cowell flew to Cannes for 2017’s Judges’ Houses offering… bringing along former mentor Cheryl Tweedy as his special guest.

And WOW the property completely out of this world.

The south of France Chateau Diter is worth a cool €11.2million and boasts the likes of not one but TWO helipads, luxurious swimming pools, and extensive gardens.

An official description of the spot reads: “The Chateau Diter is a magnificent Renaissance property situated in the crossroads of Monaco, Cannes and Saint Tropez, in the hearth of the French Riviera.

“The castle is located in a totally preserved environment, amongst green hills, trees and gardens.

“The spectacular view on the olive grove, the orchard and the park is conducive to relaxation and, like a medieval village, the exceptional atmosphere typical of a Tuscan hillside is an unexpected change of scenery.”

A representative for The X Factor has already confirmed to the Sun Online that Simon and Cheryl have indeed headed to the south of France for the next stage of the competition.

Meanwhile, Mayo-man Louis Walsh has jetted to Istanbul with pop star Mika, and Sharon Osbourne went to San Francisco with her kids Jack and Kelly.

Nicole Scherzinger travelled to South Africa with Stormzy.

But we have to say Chateau Diter will be tough to beat in terms of opulence and grandeur. Here, Her has rounded up some of our favourite snaps from the estate. Let’s get our property porn on!
