Fancy marrying a stranger? Married At First Sight is looking for applicants

Are you brave enough?

Have you seen the show?

If not, watch it now because it certainly makes for entertainment.

Basically, Married At First Sight does exactly what it says on the tin. Numerous people sign up in order to take part in the experiment, which sees them go through rigorous psychological tests and evaluations.

You’re also asked about your life goals, aspirations and what you fancy in another person.

A team of experts then go on to choose around two or three couples who are matched based on their likes, dislikes and psychological outcomes.

And then, a wedding is planned, and the first time they meet their husband/wife is at the altar.

Some hit it off like a house on fire and fancy each other from the outset… others, well, let’s just say it can get a bit awkward and they don’t really know what to do with themselves.

Lads, it makes for great TV tbh, as you see the ups and downs of the relationship.

The couples spend a week on honeymoon and then have to move in to neutral accommodation together for seven weeks straight.
