Congratulations!
While going on First Dates Ireland can be very hit and miss, a lot of couples totally hit it off and have been together ever since appearing on the reality TV show.
One of those couples that have gone the distance is Shannon and Ciara, who just got engaged!
In a video uploaded to the RTÉ2 Twitter account, it shows Shannon saying a few words on stage before popping down to Ciara who was in the crowd and bending down on one knee.
Ciara accepted the proposal, which then followed by the DJ blaring out Maniac. Could it get anymore Irish?

Shannon from Dublin, and Ciara from Monaghan, met on First Dates Ireland last year and have been smitten ever since.
This is the first First Dates Ireland engagement, and now we absolutely can’t wait for the wedding!
