He defended Jonny Mitchell, who was coupled up with Camilla before he moved on to Tyla, as he told Digital Spy:
"Everyone was absolutely sending for him. I was scrolling his Instagram for a long time and all I saw was snakes! "At the end of the day, fair enough everyone rated Camilla, but it's Love Island and obviously he preferred thingy [Tyla]."While the 22-year-old admitted he did like Camilla, he reckons she should not have gotten upset when Jonny and Tyla kissed - since that's a part of the show. Niall added that he thought Cam would have been better suited for another show, "for like Antiques Roadshow or something".
He added:
"I liked Camilla, but it did seem like she was in the wrong queue. "I'm not sending for her, but it did, didn't it? Like Dickinson's Real Deal and everyone was sending for him. "It's Love Island and she lost her head when she [Tyla] kissed him. Nah."
