Footage of an old interview between Meghan Markle and chat show host Craig Ferguson has re-emerged online this week.
From 2013, the clip shows Meghan being interviewed by the then-host of The Late Late Show in the US about her role in Suits.
What follows is pretty awkward to watch.
At one point, Meghan jokes that he can pinch her to check that she’s real – he obliges and then tries to pinch her again before she swats him away.
He then tells her that she has a “strangely hairless body”.
“You’re quite the dolphin, aren’t you? You’re absolutely hair free. Are you a competitive swimmer?” he continues, insinuating that she’s ‘hair-free’ all over while she laughs and looks away.
Later she describes visiting her dad, a lighting director, on the set of TV show Married… With Children and said it was a “very perverse place for a little girl who went to Catholic school no less to grow up.
“I’m there in my school uniform, right,” she said, to which Craig replies “Ooooh yeah.”

Craig’s interviewing style might be deemed silly at best, but seeing how uncomfortable Meghan looks at points, the host comes across as pretty sexist and inappropriate.
