From spectacular shows that pull out all the stops to more simple nights which invite you to come in drag yourself, grab a drink and have a laugh, Ireland has copious drag nights and events happening all throughout the year and something which you should definitely contemplating hitting up this year. Some drag events happen at bars and clubs weekly while others are once-off events which take place in bigger venues. There is an array of options to choose from depending on the night you are looking for. As we like to say, depending on whether you want to go "out" or "out, out". Tempted? RuPaul's Drag Race - Olympia Theatre - June 2nd, 2018

This is a must see event! Following the hit TV show, RuPaul's Drag Race comes back to Dublin for one night only featuring an incredible line-up. Hosted by celebrity judge Michelle Visage with sickening performances by Detox, Kennedy Davenport, Kim Chi, Latrice Royale, Sharon Needles, Valentina and Violet Chachki, this show will have you on your feet, singing, dancing and wanting more. Courtney Act - Under the Covers - Tivoli Theatre - June 12, 2018

Witchy Wednesday - Vera Lady presents: An audience with Peppermint and Sherry Vine - The George Bar - 23 May, 2018

The George Bar is one of the best in town for drag nights, you will be danced off your feet with pains in your sides from laughing at the hilarious and talented acts which walk through their doors. The next big once is May 23, but keep an eye out on their page here as they hold events very often and they are always top notch.

Jinkx Monsoon Is Cursed - New One Woman Show - Tivoli Theatre - June 16, 2018
