A new Eastenders teaser trailer has just been released online as the Lucy Beale ‘whodunnit’ storyline draws nearer and nearer to a close.
The new footage shows police officer Emma on the phone to the killer, while later she whispers, “I know what happened, you killed Lucy.”
Unfortunately for all you ‘Enders fans out there, the trailer does not tell us who actually killed Lucy (*stamps foot in frustration) BUT it does end with a shock twist – a major car crash and the sound of a hospital heart monitor machine flat-lining.
The scenes from this trailer will air on New Year’s Day.
