This is Washington. There's always a leak. All 13 episodes will launch February 27.

“Due to a technical glitch, some Underwood fans got a sneak peek,” Netflix said in a statement. “He’ll be back on Netflix on February 27. #no spoilers.”
A synopsis of each of the episodes was quickly copied by fans of the show, though it doesn’t give too much away.
Twitter's reaction was, as usual, priceless.
