Lmao.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock the past few days, you’ll be well aware that the new royal baby has been well and truly birthed.
Making his arrival into this cruel world on Monday morning at 11.10am, the yet-to-be-named baby enthralled, excited, and enticed fans of the royal family around the world.
Well, mostly just in the UK, but you know.
Understandably, news organisations everywhere were pretty into the arrival of the young prince too.
‘Duchess Kate has given birth to a baby boy,’ said one source.
‘The royal family welcomes another son,’ wrote another.
‘How long will it takes Kate to bounce back after her pregnancy?’ wondered someone else, inappropriately.
Still though, none of these headlines were on par with the absolute cracker that the BBC decided to put on a comment piece published yesterday.
The article concerned the intense amount of pressure and criticism that new mothers face, with much of this beginning even as early as the day the mum gives birth.
The headline they went with though made it look like they’d gotten a direct quote from the newborn royal baby.
It looked a little like this:
Royal baby: 'New mums have so much unnecessary pressure' https://t.co/qipOKED2Ec

Woah. Royal baby is woke, man.
Kate and Will must be proud.
Anyway, people of course noticed this on Twitter and they, as people on Twitter are wont to do, absolutely ran with it.
Fair play to the bbc for getting a quote out of the royal baby.

Another reason royal babies are special, they can speak 7hrs after birth.

You’re gonna go far, kid.
