Chris Brown angrily throws fan’s phone into crowd during Berlin concert

"He could hurt someone"

Chris Brown has caused a stir again, this time over the way he reacted to a fan he brought up onto the stage. 

Brown is currently on a world tour, and during his stop in Berlin, things took a turn for the worse for one concertgoer. The 33-year-old has been inviting fans onto the stage for a one-on-one performance, and on this occasion, he seemed to be unhappy with how distracted she was - by her phone. https://twitter.com/9NewsAUS/status/1631524562205814789 The singer was furious because the woman was more focused on her phone than him. He snatched her device and launched it into the crowd before she even realised what had happened. Naturally, being a concert in the 2020s, the entire thing was also caught on camera. Probably hundreds, if not thousands of them. Then shared, and re-shared again, on social media. Brown wouldn't be the first person to get annoyed by someone only having eyes for their phone, but opinion was divided over whether he should have tossed her phone. After all, she paid to watch the performance however, she liked One fan commented: “She literally paid for the ticket to see his show if she wants to record for the memory why not.” Another said: “But he could hurt someone by throwing the phone.” Others backed Brown, saying the woman should have just enjoyed "the moment". "You'll get the recordings from everyone else on TikTok no need to always record." Brown has not commented on the incident.
