That ’70s Show Danny Masterson faces up to 30 years in prison.

That ’70s Show actor Danny Masterson has been charged with two counts of rape. However, the jury was deadlocked on the third rape charge.

The disgraced actor appeared in court in Los Angeles on Wednesday, May 30th

Masterson was found guilty of raping two women at his home in the Hollywood Hills between 2001 and 2003. The actor pleaded not guilty to the charges.

This is the second time the actor appeared in court after a mistrial last November.

He now awaits sentencing and is currently in police custody.

Masterson was charged with the rape of three women in 2018 and has consistently denied the claims.

The allegations emerged following the #MeToo movement in 2017.

Masterson has stressed that he is innocent. He issued a statement, through his lawyer, when the chargers first emerged.

“Mr. Masterson is innocent, and we’re confident that he will be exonerated when all the evidence finally comes to light and witnesses have the opportunity to testify.”

“Obviously, Mr. Masterson and his wife are in complete shock considering that these nearly 20-year-old allegations are suddenly resulting in charges being filed, but they and their family are comforted knowing that ultimately the truth will come out.”
