A well-deserved break!
Doireann Garrihy has jetted off on holiday with her boyfriend Mark Mehigan.
The presenter’s trip comes after her first season of hosting Dancing with the Stars. She finished presenting her first season of Dancing with the Stars last weekend and her first series was a major success.
The host shared a photo of her and her partner Mark outside the airport before they flew out to Spain.
Doireann and Mark confirmed they were together in 2022.
Doireann captioned the image, “Clare Garrihy insisting on the pic. You’d swear we were off to Oz.”
The presenter and comedian flew out to Elviria in Marbella for a well-deserved break.
Doireann was highly praised after taking over from Nicky Byrne on Dancing with the Stars Ireland.
She co-hosted the show alongside Jennifer Zamparelli.
She is one of the most loved presenters in Ireland, but Doireann feared her career was in trouble after a fake voice note was leaked, claiming she stole someone’s boyfriend.

The presenter was accused of stealing someone’s boyfriend in a fake voice note.
She told The Independent that “it was horrific”.
She said she was getting messages from people saying, “I didn’t think you were this type of girl”.
“It was really hard though being in the eye of the storm and doing nothing,” she said.
Doireann’s parents told her “it’ll be fine, it’ll all blow over” but she feared it would ruin her career.
The presenter has now completed hosting Dancing with the Stars, but we already cannot wait to see what Doireann does next.
