"Then I feel like suddenly, all at once, everything came on top of me. I had a bit of a breakdown just before we went out.
"Some tears were shed and I had a bit of a moment which was weird because I was literally feeling fine all day," she explained.
However, Molly-Mae said sometimes it all just hits you at once.
"Maybe it’s everything, the jet lag and eating rubbish food and missing Bambi so much and really trying not to think about it too much."
The former Love Island star reminded her followers that we all have bad days and down moments, but that's normal. The worst thing you can do is beat yourself up over it.
We couldn't agree with her more. The bad days will come and go, but you need to remind yourself that you got through it before and you can again.
