The stars will be in the town over the next few days.

Patrick Dempsey and Amy Adams are set to return to Enniskerry this week, as filming for the Enchanted sequel continues.

Over the past few weeks, the Wicklow village has undergone a massive transformation, and fans have been flocking out to see it in all its Disney glory.

To deal with a massive influx of visitors, Gardaí have implemented extra car parking spaces.

This week, however, the village will be sealed off from visitors in order for filming to take place.

Amy and Patrick will be on set tomorrow, Wednesday and Thursday. Filming for the the project is expected to wrap up in August.

The film, titled Disenchanted, picks up 10 years after the original. It sees the main cast move out of New York City and embrace the suburbs as part of their Happily Ever After.

Earlier this year, an Irish businesswoman spoke about her experience hosting Patrick Dempsey as he filmed scenes in Northern Ireland.

Olivia Burns took to Instagram to share a photo of herself and Dempsey, and describe the experience.

“That time Dr. McDreamy stayed at Olivia’s Haven HQ for 2 weeks!” she began. “The secret is out! We have been hosting the fabulous Patrick Dempsey for the last 2 weeks as he prepares to star in his exciting new Disney film, Disenchanted.”

“It has been very surreal going to work and seeing McDreamy everyday. We have enjoyed lots of daily chats with Patrick about the beautiful Northern Irish countryside and of course Olivia’s Haven (his favourite scent is our smoky Irish Fireside).”

In May, the Grey’s Anatomy star said that he loves Ireland, as he shared a snap of himself in an Inis Meáin wool jumper on Instagram.

He wrote: “I love being in Ireland and I’m having so much fun working on this film.”
