“I don’t think I’ll ever be the person I once was”
Tom Parker’s wife Kelsey has penned a moving tribute to the late singer.
The Wanted singer passed away on this day in 2022 after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour.
Kelsey shared a photo of her and Tom looking as happy as ever and captioned it: “One year without you. forever my soul mate.”
Kelsey also opened up about the lead-up to Tom’s one-year anniversary in an interview with Tyla.
She said: “It’s just been so tough. I’ve just been dreading the month of March because it was my birthday at the beginning of the month, I’ve had Mother’s Day, and now Tom’s anniversary.

“I just don’t know how you prepare for it, really. I do feel like the first six months of it was an out-of-body experience and don’t really feel like I was actually here.”
Kelsey said it’s only recently that she’s feeling herself and that she tackles every day one at a time.
She explained that she doesn’t think she’ll ever be the same person that she was when Tom was alive.

Tom sadly died from terminal brain cancer in March of this year at the age of 33 and had been diagnosed not long after the couple’s son was born.
The Gold Forever singer married Kelsey in July 2018. The two later welcomed two children together, a daughter Aurelia and a son Bodhi.
